24. Learning how to cook contemporary Japanese food at The Cooking School Noosa, with executive chef and co-owner of the Wasabi Group - Zeb Gilbert
I was recently lucky enough to get invited to a class to learn how to cook contemporary Japanese food. The day was run by Wasabi Restaurant Chef Zeb Gilbert, with the guidance and a help of the co-cordinator of The Cooking School Noosa, Laura Redmond.
Big thanks to you guys and everyone who was there. I loved everything, from making noodles, preparing the main course, to eating it all, of course!
